FLOCK AND FLEX PRINTING
In this process, the motif is cut out of a sheet of foil using a cutting plotter. After "plotting", the sheet is weeded, the superfluous film is removed and the motif is thus exposed, which is then applied to the textile using the hot press. There are flock foils that have a somewhat velvety surface and flex foils that have a smooth surface.

Information for screen printing
Direct printing is the usual screen printing process. Here we can realize up to 14 colors simultaneously in one printing pass. During this process, the paint is squeegeed through a sieve and thus applied directly to the textile. In order to be able to print colored textiles brilliantly, an additional underlay of the print motif is recommended. The color set, also known as 4-color halftone printing, consists of the four colors cyan (blue), magenta (red), yellow (yellow) and black (black - also known as "depth"). By using these colors pictures can be realized.
The color set described can only be used on light textiles (white and natural). The implementation of an image motif on a dark background represents a completely different challenge and requires a completely different type of print implementation, separation printing. With the help of special software, the motif to be printed is converted into true colors. The individual colors are separated and finally printed color by color. This process can be implemented with up to 14 individual colors.
SUBLIMATION PRINT
Sublimation describes the transition from the solid state of aggregation to the gaseous one.
The sublimation ink is printed onto a backing paper using a special inkjet printer. The motif is then transferred to the textile using a transfer press with heat (approx. 200 degrees) and pressure. The color pigments penetrate the fabric and mix with the polyester coating of the material. The surface of the textile is not changed, so that no paint application can be felt.

DIGITAL DIRECT PRINTING
This makes it possible for the first time to realize brilliant, true-to-detail 4C graphics in a direct print. This printing technique is suitable from sample collection to series production - there are no limits to your creativity.
With digital direct printing (DTG - direct to garmin), ink is applied directly to the textile using a precision print head and then fixed in the fiber in a drying tunnel with 160 degrees of heat.
In addition to color gradients, shadows and the finest details, the number of colors in digital direct printing is almost unlimited. With a resolution of up to 1200 x 1200 pixels, we create a photo-realistic representation of your motifs, even for small runs.

Information for embroidery
Adding embroidery to a textile is certainly the highest quality type of refinement.
An embroidery file can be made from almost any graphic, even blurred or heavily pixelated data can be converted into an embroidery file. Due to a very large selection of colored yarns, there are hardly any color limits. Stick can also be combined very effectively with various printing processes.
With our in-house embroidery we are able to produce up to 500 pieces a day.
Application areas:
Stick can be used anywhere you want it to look chic. Terrycloth, fleece and all high-pile materials can usually only be embroidered, as other prints do not hold there. Embroidery applications are also often found in the healthcare sector (doctors, hospital/practice staff) and in the catering trade, since hygiene regulations require clothing to be washed at a temperature of at least 60 degrees.
